East Coast Insurance Services, LLC is an independently owned and operated insurance agency operating from our office in Jensen Beach Florida. We offer a full range of personal and commercial insurance products and safety services. Our staff is comprised of risk management professionals with many years of experience in the industry and well-versed in the Florida marketplace. Having staff who have worked in the agency and insurance company/broker arenas provides us with a unique perspective. We know how it works on both sides, so we can negotiate the proper coverage for you, at a fair price, creating a win-win for our clients and carriers.
Our priority is providing top-notch service. It does not matter to us how much premium a client pays or the amount of commission we receive, at East Coast Insurance Services all clients are treated equally. We strive to respond to and process service requests in a timely and efficient manner so you can get on with other things. We don’t just work from nine to five, we are there when you need us! When problems arise or claims happen, we are here for you.
As a small business, we know the value of helping other businesses. We partner with our clients to help manage their risk and work with their owners and managers as a trusted advisor. We know our client’s businesses and work with them to assist in identifying and managing their exposures while ensuring they are properly protected in the event of a loss. Our agents and safety personnel work with our clients to design, develop and implement processes and procedures to assist our insureds in a variety of areas of their businesses, including safety, finance, human resources, and operations.
Our team will provide an in-depth analysis of your insurance policies and all forms and endorsements and clearly communicate coverage limitations and enhancements that may be available so you can make informed decisions. We also review contracts for our clients to ensure they have the proper coverage in place to meet contractual obligations and to properly protect their businesses.

The selection of insurance company partners is something we take very seriously. We do not place business with every insurance company authorized to write insurance. We only partner with financially sound insurance companies who provide the best combination of coverage, prompt claims handling and servicing and who offer fair pricing to their insureds. It is important to us to make sure our clients are properly protected in the event of a loss and not overpaying for the protection afforded by their insurance program.
